On a daily basis, we work hard to establish a safe and healthy environment for children, parents, and guardians. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have developed a comprehensive Pandemic Policy Handbook to aid our families in comprehending our strategy for preserving a secure environment for your children and employees throughout this period.
Our staff is committed to receiving training in COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure that we are thoroughly knowledgeable in adhering to all suggestions and directives from the Office of Children and Family Services, the CDC, and the Department of Health. We are dedicated to providing a healthy and safe environment for everyone involved in our programs.

We want to ensure all families have a safe and healthy environment for children with our program. To ensure this, we have implemented the following safety protocols:
• Daily health screenings of staff and children
• Proper use of face masks and other protective gear
• Frequent hand washing, sanitizing, and disinfecting of surfaces
• Continuous monitoring of the latest guidelines from public health officials
• Smaller group sizes with social distancing measures in place
• Additional cleanings and sanitizing throughout the day
• Limited visitors and volunteers in our facility
• Educational activities that promote healthy behaviors

Face Coverings
Face coverings are required for any adult entering our centers and all staff members working with children.
Temperature Checks
We screen everyone (staff, children, parents, visitors, etc.) upon arrival for temperature and evident symptoms.
Wellness Checks
Your child’s wellness is crucial for their continued learning and development. We conduct wellness checks frequently. We will notify immediately if their child seems unwell.
Enhanced Health Practices
In addition to our regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures, we’ve implemented more rigorous policies (such as frequent hand washing and sanitizing, and disinfecting classrooms).
Multiple Age Group Rooms
We have implemented multiple rooms for the same age groups to lower the spread of illness. This also ensures that your child gets one-on-one attention to address their individual needs.
Drop-Off/Pickup Procedures
We limit direct contact between parents and staff members and adhere to social distancing recommendations with special drop-off and pickup procedures.
